That is certainly the question, that I have pondered for some time. My reluctance has always been based on the the quality of other blogs I have seen from other therapists that frankly I have found light in terms of content and very ego-centric. So I have put off blogging for many years.
However, times are changing, we are in the information age where we have access to so much via the internet and Google searches as well as social media that I have been forced kicking and screaming into the twenty first century and have decided to join in the information revolution! Nevertheless, I intend to do it in a quality rather than quantity way to provide interesting articles linked to the therapies that I do that are of general interest. This will provide a rich resource of information over the coming years that you as a client or prospective client can access via this website to support the work we do together or give you an insight into the work I do in order to make an informed choice as to working with me.
I also write blogs for the East Anglian Institute of Hypnotherapy, of which I am the Principal Tutor, which are more for students as they compliment the learning on the various courses in Hypnotherapy, NLP and Thought Field Therapy that I lead. So if you are interested in the work I do as a fellow healthcare professional, therapist or someone just fascinated about hypnosis, therapy, NLP or TFT then these blogs can be accessed at: www.eaih.org
To blog or not to blog, that is the question and the answer is YES, however only in a an interesting and quality way and I promise there will be no ego-centric, look at how great I am, nonsense!
I look forward to sharing my blogs with you.
